    Billy and his crew were the best landscaping / drainage contractors I've ever worked with. They spent several days on my project meticulously working to ensure my drainage issues were fixed. They also pay attention to details. For example, I have a long driveway and instead of just driving their excavator up my driveway like countless contractors have done before, they took the extra time to use 2 tarps to put down in front of the excavator while it slowly drove up the driveway and they'd go grab the tarp after it drove over it and move it to the front. I was shocked, and impressed, watching them take this extra time to ensure my driveway wasn't damaged. They also took the extra time after they were done to pressure wash the top area of my driveway that got dirty from the work they did. I can't recommend Billy and his crew enough! If you have landscaping, drainage, or any other needs (they do it all!), don't hesitate to give them a call.     Excellent service and price! Spoke with these guys and our schedules worked out for them to come the next day. They graded an area that had mounds from being a garden for years. It’s now very smooth and we can cut it easily with our riding mower. Great skill and left the area clean and neat. Highly recommend ! See more See less

    Just wanted to thank Billy and Willy for two jobs at my house. Our house has two decks, an upper deck and screened porch, and a platform lower deck under the screen porch. The lower deck had numerous problems primarily due to the pressure treated lumber that was used wasn’t rated for ground contact, and the deck boards were only ½ inch thick. I pulled all of this lumber up only to discover that support beans were only 2x4x8s that were buried in red clay and nailed together to reach 15 feet. Anyway, I need to drop the level of the red clay 4 to 6 inches to install gravel for drainage. Being about 2 ½ cubic yards of dirt, I hired Billy to remove it and install gravel. This took about 2 ½ days to remove the dirt and install the industrial landscape fabric and gavel, roughly 2 ½ to 3 yards of gravel. Billy and Willy did a great job and did their best to level the gravel with the surrounding concrete pool deck. Next the installation of the new platform deck, which I designed with a perimeter of 4x6x16s and joists of 2x6x16. The 4x6s were attached to the 6x6 supports of the screened porch above. The platform deck was also designed to be a picture frame deck using Trek composite decking. All the framing material was acquired for HD, since their 2x6s were rated for ground contact. Long story short, I had all the material, but everyday I planned on starting the installation, it rained. With that in mind, Billy had offered to do the installation and could get it done in 2 to 3 days. The price was right, and Willy turned out to be an expert on deck installation.     Had an above ground pond removed and sod put down in our front yard. And it was done during the hurricane. Billy did a fantastic job and went above and beyond to finish the job.     For the past year, we've had two other lawn companies seed and repair our front yard after putting in a new septic system. I was hesitant to try one more company, but I saw an advertisement for a company that “rescues” lawns. I contacted Billy and his quote was reasonable. This past week, Billy and his crew were hard-working, respectful, and showed a sincere interest in making our front yard beautiful.     Billy and the team at Rescue Grading and Landscaping helped us to fix what had been a major headache. We had major drainage issues in our backyard with standing water.     Great experience. I hired this company to do a water irrigation meter. Not only did they do an amazing job, they showed up on time, were respectful and handled everything with the water company. We had some bumps along the way, which was no fault of this company. Greenville water did not follow through with their end. It was Billy who got it all straightened out on our behalf.     Billy and his team took on the task of rebuilding the grade in my backyard with a 20' grade at the end. Ten truckloads of soil moved in by skid steer, and then stone steps to navigate the slope. Mulched the slope and sodded the rest of the grade. Quite a tricky task and in cold winter conditions. You did great Billy! See more See less

    Look no further. The owner, Billy, is very knowledgeable and skilled regarding land grading, drainage and creating outdoor living spaces in the Upstate. I live in a 1950’s home on a long narrow lot. The center and back boarder of lot had large underground (4+ feet) concrete walls pieces bolted down, creating an uneven backyard with streams running through yard in a good rain. Every contractor before Billy, recommended retaining walls and expensive complicated drainage systems. Billy, was a game changer. He did it CORRECTLY, by extracting all concrete, tree stumps from yard leaving a smooth useable yard. The drainage system simple and affordable. In addition he had great fencing and landscape design contacts. I now have a professional grated lot, a landscape plan and a custom horizontal fence on the way. Billy and his associates are true professionals with many years of experience dealing with challenges we face with draining water and creating beautiful outdoor spaces. See more See less

    Very positive experience with owners Billy and Jamie Jones and team on a grading/drainage/landscaping project at our home. Billy and Jamie came out on a weekend to assess the job and provided a detailed estimate that was reasonably priced and clearly presented.     The retaining wall, steps, and swell were done beautifully and as we had desired. The team was respectful of our property and neighbors while working. The only issue is that there was a long period between accepting the quote and the job starting. We understand delays due to weather, etc., but it was much longer than we had anticipated/hoped for to have the job completed. Overall, great work and craftsmanship. See more See less
